Vibe and Convert is an extension of Sue Peters LLC and the Digital Diva Brand. All statements made below are in relation to the policies of the Sue Peters LLC and the Digital Diva brand.
Vibe and Convert is a MONTHLY subscription. NOT a one time payment.
“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps
“Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Google / YouTube: help videos inside the app are YouTube embeds, and YouTube may set its own cookies when you play one

We never sell your personal information
We never use your content, brand info or uploads in our own marketing
We never share your content with other users
We don’t look at your saved content unless you ask us to for support, or we need to for security or legal reasons

You must be 18 or older to use Vibe and Convert.
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
One account per person. Don’t share your login or let anyone else use your account.
You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens in your account. If you think someone else has access, email us right away.
Vibe and Convert is a recurring subscription, not a one time purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
There’s one plan with two billing options: monthly, or every 6 months. Current prices are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Trials: if your subscription starts with a trial, a card is required when you sign up. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, you’ll automatically be charged the regular price for your billing option when the trial ends, and it renews from there.
Switching billing options: if you switch between monthly and 6 month billing, your billing is adjusted to match your new option.
Failed payments: if a payment fails, Stripe will try again. While your payment is past due, you can still use your remaining credits, but your daily credits won’t refill. If payment isn’t made, your subscription ends and so does your access.
Price changes: we may change our prices. If your price changes, we’ll let you know before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
All payments are covered by our Refund & Guarantee Policy.
Generating content uses Vibe Credits. Each tool shows its cost, and credits are charged when you generate.
Your credits refill daily based on your plan. Unused credits don’t roll over.
If a generation fails, your credits are returned automatically.
Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and aren’t refundable.
We may change credit costs and allowances. Current costs are always shown in the app.
You can cancel any time, right inside the app from your account. No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancellations are not subject to a refund of billing already collected.
When you cancel, you won’t be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your access ends.
After your access ends, you can still log in, but you’ll see a notice that your access has ended instead of the app.
What happens to your content after you cancel is explained in our Privacy Policy and Image Studio section. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Cancelling doesn’t give you a refund for the current or any past billing period (see our Refund & Guarantee Policy).
Vibe and Convert uses artificial intelligence, including Claude by Anthropic and Gemini by Google, to generate content.
AI can make mistakes. Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or not right for your situation. Review and edit everything before you publish it or rely on it.
AI may produce content that’s similar to content created for other users. We don’t guarantee that any output is unique or that it can be protected by copyright.
You’re fully responsible for what you publish, including any claims about income, results, health or your products, and for following the rules of the platforms you post on.
What’s yours stays yours. You own the information you put in (your brand details, story, offers and uploads) and, as between you and us, the content generated for you. We don’t claim ownership of it.
To run the app, you give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers only as needed to provide Vibe and Convert to you. That permission ends when your content is deleted.
We never use your content in our marketing and never share it with other users.
We may look at overall usage patterns (like which features are used most) to improve the app. This never involves reading or using your content.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to anything you upload.
Share, sell or resell access to your account
Try to hack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the app’s security, credit system or limits
Use bots, scripts or scraping to access the app
Use the app to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights
Use the app to impersonate anyone or create fake testimonials, reviews or results
Upload anything you don’t have the right to use
